Common questions
What counts as one AI credit?
One credit is consumed per PRD section generated or regenerated via AI. A full PRD (~12 sections) costs ~12 credits. A blueprint costs another ~8. Each chat refinement message costs 1 credit.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No lock-in on monthly plans.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each month and do not roll over. Purchased top-up pack credits never expire.
What is the Standard vs. Frontier AI model difference?
Free plans use a fast standard model — good quality, lower cost. Pro and above use frontier models for significantly richer output. The quality difference is most visible in problem analysis and blueprint sections.
Does my whole team need to be on the Team plan?
Yes — Team is priced per seat. Every workspace member gets 1,000 credits/month and full access to integrations, multiplayer, and approval workflows.
